Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole takes the flavors of a classic dish and turns it into an easy weeknight meal! With plenty of protein, egg noodles, and cheese, this easy recipe is perfect busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. noodles (cooked according to package directions and drained)
  • 10.5 ounces low sodium cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 8 ounces block of Swiss cheese (grated)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Prepare an 9 X 13-inch baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray.

Cook noodles according to package directions so that they are al dente or firm to the bite.

In a large bowl, mix together the can of soup, ½ cup of milk, grated Swiss cheese, sour cream, and Dijon mustard. Add the chicken, ham and noodles and mix together until well combined. Pour into prepared baking dish.

In a small microwavable bowl, melt the butter.

Add the Panko bread crumbs, cheese and parsley, and then spread evenly over the baking dish.

Bake for 30 minutes.
