  • 2 1/4 pounds beef stew meat
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 2 1/2 large carrots(2 or 3)
  • 3 1/2 large fresh tomatoes

Chop all the vegetables.

Combine with the meat and seasonings in a large pot.
