Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Irish whiskey
- 0.8 oz Dry sherry
- 0.8 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Orgeat syrup
- 2 oz Club soda
- lemon wheel and mint sprig (garnish) garnish

Instructions
Add Irish whiskey, sherry, lemon juice, and orgeat to a shaker with ice
Shake vigorously for 10 seconds
Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice
Top with club soda and gently stir once
