- 3 dried red chiles(more or less depending on taste)
- 1 cup water
- 2 pounds pork top loin(cut into pieces)
- 1 teaspoon oregano

Wash hands with soap and water.

Wash chilies, removing stems and seeds. Place in blender with 1 cup water and blend into pasteBrown pork lightly in non-stick skillet. Add the chili paste and mix well, adding water if mixture is too thick. Add oregano and garlic powder. Cover and simmer slowly for one hour.
