
Caprese Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 lb. pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lb. fresh mozzerella, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

Cook pasta according to directions. Drain, and toss with olive oil.

While pasta is cooking, in a large bowl, combine garlic and mozzarella.

Add both cans of tomatoes. Add basil and mix well.

Add the pasta and toss to coat. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
