  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil(or cooking oil of choice)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 1/2 cup fat-free cheese, grated

Instructions

Wash hands with soap and water.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Put oil in a medium baking dish or small cake pan and heat in the oven for a few minutes.

In a medium bowl, beat eggs. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into hot pan.

Bake 20 minutes or until eggs are firm. Serve immediately.
