- 1 oz Coffee liqueur
- 1 oz Heavy cream
- freshly grated nutmeg (garnish) garnish
Pairs With

Instructions
Add Canadian whisky and coffee liqueur to a rocks glass over a large ice cube
Gently float heavy cream over the back of a spoon on top
Grate fresh nutmeg over the cream layer
Sip through the cream or stir to combine
Tips
Named after Whistler Blackcomb, one of North America's premier ski resorts in British Columbia Use Kahlua or a craft coffee liqueur — the coffee flavor is a key player here For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream
