A perfectly balanced cocktail combining whiskey with fresh lemon juice and simple syrup — tart, sweet, and smooth.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Whiskey
- 0.8 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 0.8 oz Simple syrup
- 0.5 oz Egg white (optional)

Instructions

Add whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker

Dry shake (without ice) for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white

Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds

The egg white creates a silky foam but can be omitted Dry shaking first gives the best foam texture Use a cherry that's worth eating — Luxardo or Amarena, not neon red
