Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 0.8 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 0.8 oz Pure maple syrup
- 1 oz Egg white
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions
Combine bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white in a shaker
Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds without ice
Add ice and shake again for another 12 seconds
Strain into a rocks glass over a single large ice cube
