Ingredients
- 2 oz Cognac (VS or VSOP)
- 0.8 oz Orange curacao
- 0.8 oz Fresh lemon juice

Instructions
Rim half of a chilled coupe glass with sugar by moistening the edge with a lemon wedge and dipping one side in fine sugar
Combine cognac, orange curacao, and fresh lemon juice in a cocktail shaker
Fill shaker with ice and shake hard for 12 to 15 seconds
Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into the prepared coupe glass
Express a lemon twist over the drink and drape it on the rim
