Ingredients
- 2 oz Canadian whisky
- 1 tbsp Saskatoon berry preserves (or blueberry preserves)
- 0.5 oz Pure maple syrup
- 1 whole Egg
- freshly grated nutmeg (garnish) garnish

Instructions
Add Canadian whisky, saskatoon berry preserves, maple syrup, and the whole egg to a shaker without ice
Dry shake vigorously for 20 seconds to emulsify
Add ice and shake again for 12 seconds
Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled coupe glass
Grate fresh nutmeg over the top
