- 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 0.8 oz Simple syrup
- 1 Egg white
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions
Add rum, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker without ice

Add ice and shake again for 15 seconds
