
Queens Park Swizzle

Ingredients
- 2 oz Demerara rum
- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
- 0.8 oz Simple syrup
- 6 leaves Fresh mint
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters

Pairs With
Pair with grilled shrimp skewers or Trinidad doubles (spiced chickpea curry in fried bread) — the Queens Park Swizzle's refreshing mint and lime cut through rich, spiced dishes.
Instructions
Lightly muddle mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup in a highball glass
Add Demerara rum and fill the glass with crushed ice
Swizzle with a barspoon or swizzle stick until the glass frosts
Pack with more crushed ice to form a dome
Dash Angostura bitters across the top and garnish with a mint sprig
