Ingredients
- 2 oz Vanilla vodka
- 1 oz Passion fruit puree
- 0.5 oz Passion fruit liqueur
- 0.5 oz Fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz Vanilla simple syrup
- 2 oz Prosecco (served on the side)
- half a passion fruit (garnish) garnish

Instructions
Add vanilla vodka, passion fruit puree, passion fruit liqueur, lime juice, and vanilla syrup to a shaker with ice
Shake vigorously for 15 seconds
Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
Float half a passion fruit on top of the drink
Serve with a shot glass of chilled prosecco on the side
Sip the cocktail and alternate with sips of prosecco
