Naked and Famous
Created by Joaquín Simó at Death & Co, this equal-parts cocktail balances mezcal smoke against Chartreuse herbal intensity, Aperol bitterness, and bright lime. It is one of the most celebrated modern mezcal cocktails ever devised.

- 0.8 oz Aperol

Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds
Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled coupe glass
Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim
