
Mudslide
A decadent frozen cocktail that blends Baileys with vodka and Kahlua into a dessert-like treat. Born in the bars of Grand Cayman in the 1970s, it remains America's favorite creamy cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Kahlua
- 2 scoops Vanilla ice cream
- 0.5 cup Ice

Instructions
Drizzle chocolate syrup in a spiral pattern inside a hurricane glass and set aside
Combine Baileys, vodka, Kahlua, vanilla ice cream, and ice in a blender
Blend on high until smooth and thick, about 20 seconds
Pour the blended mixture into the prepared glass
Top with a generous mound of whipped cream and an extra drizzle of chocolate syrup

Freeze your glass for 10 minutes beforehand to keep the mudslide thick and frosty longer Use premium vanilla ice cream for the best texture — cheap brands tend to be too icy For an on-the-rocks version, skip the blender and ice cream; simply stir the three spirits over ice
