
Mudslide
A frozen or shaken indulgence that blurs the line between cocktail and dessert. Kahlua, Irish cream, and vodka combine into a rich, chocolatey treat perfect for satisfying a sweet tooth.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Kahlua
- 1 oz Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 oz Vodka
- 2 oz Heavy cream
- 1 cup Ice

- whipped cream (garnish) garnish

Enjoy as a dessert on its own or with chocolate mousse, chocolate-covered strawberries, or a slice of fudge cake to amplify its decadent nature.
Instructions
Drizzle chocolate syrup along the inside walls of a hurricane glass and set aside
Add Kahlua, Baileys, vodka, heavy cream, and ice to a blender
Blend on high until smooth and thick, about 15 seconds
Pour the blended mixture into the prepared glass
Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream
Finish with an additional drizzle of chocolate syrup over the whipped cream

For a shaken (non-frozen) version, skip the blender and shake all liquid ingredients with ice, then strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass Freeze the glass for 15 minutes beforehand to keep the drink colder longer Add a ripe banana to the blender for a chocolate-banana variation that tastes incredible
