Mind Eraser
A potent layered shooter meant to be consumed through a straw in one swift pull from the bottom up. Kahlua, vodka, and soda water create a surprisingly refreshing coffee kick.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Kahlua
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Club soda
- short straw placed at bottom of glass (garnish) garnish
Pairs With
Serve with dense chocolate cake or dark chocolate ganache as a bold, concentrated shot that demands equally rich, assertive flavors.
Instructions
Fill a rocks glass halfway with ice
Pour Kahlua over the ice as the bottom layer
Slowly pour vodka over the back of a bar spoon to layer it on top
Gently top with club soda
Place a short straw at the bottom of the glass
Drink the entire cocktail through the straw in one continuous pull without stopping
