Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Bourbon
- 5 oz Hot brewed coffee
- 0.5 oz Simple syrup
- 1.5 oz Lightly whipped cream
- freshly grated nutmeg (garnish) garnish

Instructions
Preheat an Irish coffee glass or mug with hot water, then discard
Add bourbon and simple syrup to the warmed glass
Pour in hot coffee and stir gently
Float lightly whipped cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon
Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg
