Ingredients
- 2 oz Kahlua
- 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Fresh orange juice
- 0.5 oz Egg white

Instructions
Add Kahlua, lemon juice, orange juice, and egg white to a cocktail shaker
Dry shake without ice for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white
Add ice and shake vigorously for another 15 seconds
Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled coupe glass
Express an orange peel over the foam and place three coffee beans on top
