Ingredients
- 2 oz Irish whiskey
- 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 0.8 oz Simple syrup
- 1 whole Egg white
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions
Add Irish whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker without ice
Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white
Add ice and shake again for 12 seconds
Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
