Ingredients
- 2 oz Irish whiskey
- 0.8 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 0.8 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Simple syrup
- 3 slices Cucumber
- cucumber ribbon (garnish) garnish

Instructions
Muddle cucumber slices in a shaker
Add Irish whiskey, St-Germain, lemon juice, and simple syrup
Add ice and shake vigorously for 12 seconds
Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
Garnish with a cucumber ribbon draped along the inside of the glass
