A tropical-leaning cocktail that pairs the honeyed smoothness of Irish whiskey with fresh orange juice and a drizzle of peach liqueur. Bright, sunny, and dangerously easy to drink.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Irish whiskey
- 2 oz Fresh orange juice
- 0.5 oz Peach liqueur
- 0.3 oz Honey syrup (1:1 honey to water)

Instructions
Combine Irish whiskey, fresh orange juice, peach liqueur, and honey syrup in a shaker
Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 12 to 15 seconds
Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass
Garnish with an orange slice and a thin peach slice on the rim
