Ingredients
- 1 oz Cognac
- 1 oz Light rum
- 0.5 oz Gin
- 2 oz Fresh orange juice
- 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Orgeat syrup
- 0.5 oz Dry sherry (float)
- mint sprig (garnish) garnish

Instructions
Add cognac, rum, gin, orange juice, lemon juice, and orgeat to a shaker with ice
Shake vigorously for 15 seconds
Strain into a tiki mug or large glass filled with crushed ice
Float dry sherry on top by pouring it gently over the back of a spoon
Garnish with a mint sprig
