
Elderflower Margarita
A floral reimagining of the classic margarita that replaces Cointreau with St-Germain. The elderflower adds a delicate sweetness and lychee-like fragrance that transforms a familiar cocktail into something entirely new.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Blanco tequila
- 1 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
- 0.3 oz Agave nectar

Instructions
Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass and dip half the rim in flaky sea salt
Combine tequila, St-Germain, fresh lime juice, and agave nectar in a shaker
Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds
Fill the rimmed glass with fresh ice
Strain the cocktail over the ice
Garnish with a lime wheel and an edible flower if available
