
Elderflower Collins
A tall, refreshing Tom Collins variation that swaps simple syrup for St-Germain. The elderflower adds a floral sweetness and subtle complexity to this classic long drink, making it a perfect warm-weather sipper.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz London dry gin
- 1 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 0.8 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 3 oz Club soda

Instructions
Combine gin, St-Germain, and fresh lemon juice in a cocktail shaker
Fill with ice and shake for 12 seconds
Strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice
Top with club soda

Garnish with a lemon wheel and a thin cucumber ribbon threaded along the inside of the glass
