Ingredients
- 2 oz Mezcal
- 1 oz Fresh grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz Fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz Agave syrup
- 3 leaves Fresh sage

Instructions
Gently muddle sage leaves in a shaker
Add mezcal, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave syrup
Fill with ice and shake vigorously
Double-strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube
Torch a fresh sage leaf and place on top for aromatic smoke
