Ingredients
- 2 oz London dry gin
- 0.8 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Raspberry syrup
- 1 Egg white
- three fresh raspberries (garnish) garnish

Instructions
Add gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, and egg white to a shaker without ice
Dry shake vigorously for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white
Add ice and shake again for another 15 seconds
Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
Garnish with three raspberries on a cocktail pick
