
Chocolate Baileys Martini
Pure liquid dessert in a glass. Baileys and chocolate liqueur shake together with cream into a sinfully rich cocktail that replaces the dessert course entirely.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 oz Chocolate liqueur (Godiva or creme de cacao)
- 0.5 oz Vodka
- 0.5 oz Heavy cream
- chocolate shavings (garnish) garnish
- cocoa powder rim (garnish) garnish
Pairs With
Present with chocolate fondue, chocolate-covered strawberries, or molten lava cake; this liquid chocolate dessert needs equally decadent sweet companions.
Instructions
Rim a chilled martini glass by dipping the edge in chocolate syrup and then cocoa powder
Combine Baileys, chocolate liqueur, vodka, and heavy cream in a cocktail shaker
Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds
Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into the prepared glass
Top with chocolate shavings curled from a bar of dark chocolate
