A seasonal favorite that pairs Canadian whisky with fresh apple cider and warming spice. Muddled mint and lemon keep it bright and balanced against the rich autumn flavors.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Canadian whisky
- 1.5 oz Fresh apple cider
- 0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Simple syrup
- 6 leaves Fresh mint

Instructions
Gently muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of a cocktail shaker to release oils
Add Canadian whisky, apple cider, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds
Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass
Garnish with a thin apple slice and a mint sprig
