- 1 oz Club soda (well-chilled)
- orange slice (garnish) garnish

Instructions
Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes
Pour Campari over the ice
Add well-chilled prosecco
Top with a splash of club soda
Stir very gently to combine without losing carbonation
Garnish with a large orange slice
Tips
The 3-2-1 ratio (prosecco-Campari-soda) is the Italian standard and keeps the drink balanced Use a generous amount of ice to keep the drink cold; the Campari Spritz should stay chilled from first sip to last If the bitterness is too intense, ease into it by starting with a half-and-half split of Campari and Aperol
