- 2 oz Brown butter-washed bourbon
- 0.5 oz Maple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 dash Walnut bitters

Instructions
To make brown butter bourbon: melt 4 oz unsalted butter until brown and nutty, pour into 750ml bourbon, let sit 4 hours, then freeze and remove solidified fat
Add brown butter bourbon, maple syrup, and bitters to a mixing glass with ice
Stir for 30 seconds until well chilled
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube
