Ingredients

Instructions
Add brandy, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker
Dry shake without ice for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white
Add ice and shake vigorously for another 15 seconds
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
Dash Angostura bitters onto the foam and drag a toothpick through for a design
Garnish with a lemon wheel and cherry on a pick
