Instructions
Prepare honey syrup by mixing equal parts honey and warm water until dissolved, then chill
Add gin, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice
Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until very cold
Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
Garnish with a lemon twist expressed over the surface
