Ingredients
- 2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 oz Vanilla vodka
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin puree
- 0.5 oz Maple syrup
- 0.3 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
- 1 oz Heavy cream

Instructions
Combine Baileys, vanilla vodka, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and heavy cream in a cocktail shaker
Dry shake without ice first for 10 seconds to emulsify the pumpkin puree
Add ice and shake vigorously for another 15 seconds
Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into a rocks glass with ice
Top with a small dollop of whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon
Garnish with a cinnamon stick for stirring
