A modern cocktail inspired by the flat white coffee, combining Baileys with vanilla vodka and espresso for a smooth, velvety drink that has taken American cocktail bars by storm.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 oz Vanilla vodka
- 1 oz Fresh brewed espresso (cooled)
- 0.3 oz Vanilla syrup

Instructions
Brew espresso and let it cool to room temperature
Add Baileys, vanilla vodka, espresso, and vanilla syrup to a cocktail shaker
Fill with ice and shake hard for 15 seconds until the shaker frosts over
Strain into a chilled coupe glass
Dust the top of the foam lightly with cocoa powder through a fine sieve
